In 3 weeks we are going to Hawaii. I narrowed it down to these 3 islands and this is what I know from it so far. Oahu- Most exciting of all the islands. Best Clubs and nightlife. Kauai- Most Tropical and Lush. A lot of un-spoiled natural beauty with amazing water falls. Maui- Best of everything, and the best beaches. I CAN'T F*CKING CHOOSE!

My fiance and I are planning our (10 day) honeymoon to Hawaii, and we cannot decide which Island to go to. We are going in December. We want to try and see whales possibly. Snorkel, see a waterfall maybe?, go hiking, swim lots, maybe swim with dolphins? horseback riding, etc. So which island do you think would suit our "wants" better? We also want to do lots of shopping (which I hear Maui is only a short ferry ride away from Lanai, so that is a plus), eat lots of awesome local food, etc. If you have been to either of these places, what things would you recommend the most? Please, only real life experiences here. I've googled enough, and don't want any copy & pasted answers on these locations! Thanks :D

We'll be visiting Kauai in August. Are there any nightclubs or bars that are fun to go to? How are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights? A few years back we went to the club at the Marriott in Lihue on a Thursday when the cruise ships came in and the club was really fun! Is that places still open? Any suggestions or hot spots you can recommend? I know Kauai is not known for it's nightlife. Thanks! I'm not coming to Kauai to party the entire week. I'm just looking for a few spots to hang out w/ my friends maybe a couple of evenings.

We plan on staying in Princeville and want to know if it's more cost effective to rent a car or to depend on their public transportation system --- which bring me to the second part of my question: What other options are there? We want to do plenty of activities in the parks. Thanks!

Hi, coming to Kauai in August 2010. Can you please tell me about the island in general. Where are the best beaches? How long does it take to do a complete trip around the whole island? Add anything you would else that you think is important? The island seems to be a very healing place. Thanks

We are planning a family reunion next summer and have children 12 through 22, they like to surf, boogie board, snorkel. We have looked at places on Anahola, Anina but are wondering if we should look at Poipu for lots of things to do like live music, etc. We are asking for advice from people who know Kauai - thanks!

Planning on staying at the Marriott. But how is the beach, swimmable? and the overall hotel? Do you advise renting a car or whats the best transportation.

I want to move and live in Kauai Hawaii and i just graduated high school and I'm all over the place in what I want to do but I reeeeeeeeeeeally want to know what careers in Kauai are looking for employment, whats open, because I will see whats available and try and get it, i must live there, please anyone who knows help me out!
